Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your jiliqq account, you must notify our support team immediately. jiliqq will investigate all reported incidents and take appropriate action, but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds lost due to unauthorized access where the breach resulted from your own negligence.

The games available on the jiliqq Platform are subject to change at any time. jiliqq does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the Platform for technical, regulatory, or commercial reasons without prior notice.
All games on jiliqq that involve an element of chance use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results. jiliqq does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiliqq Platform without the prior written consent of jiliqq. Any unauthorized use of jiliqq's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

jiliqq will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms, or as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws.
jiliqq does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliqq makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
Gaming involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on jiliqq. jiliqq shall not be liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of your gaming activity on the Platform. You are solely responsible for your gaming decisions and the management of your gaming budget.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiliqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jiliqq has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jiliqq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliqq is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services integrated with the Platform, including payment processors and game providers. Any issues arising from third-party services should be directed to the relevant third-party provider.
jiliqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if jiliqq determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. In the event of termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your jiliqq account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, jiliqq will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed. jiliqq takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.
